This disclosure statement has been prepared to inform data subjects who use the Medya Maraş app and website, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Medya Maraş does not require membership or identity information to use it. Accordingly, it does not collect identity, contact or location data that directly identifies you. Providing the news aggregation and gold price service
Ensuring service quality, performance and security
Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the data controller's legitimate interest and the necessity for the performance of the service, pursuant to Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

5. Transfer of Data

The processed technical data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations and the provision of service infrastructure (hosting, analytics). When you click on news content you are redirected to the source's website; Medya Maraş is not responsible for those sites' data processing activities.

6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
To request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and erasure when conditions are met
To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
